How the hell do you link bait this?

Sometimes posts are just too mundane to think up a really good hook for linkbait. What in the world would you use to link bait an Outer Banks Vacation Rental?
Any ideas?

I agree: Plain descriptions lack personality or humor and are not going to generate links or even visits, except for those specifically wanting to rent vacation properties.
But adding a 3-5x per week, 200-400 word humorous article (related to your topic), or interesting stat, cartoon or even a more serious article on the industry tied to a press release can get you tons of exposure and a following.
I added a new humorous author yesterday to my FullTiltMarriage.com Blog and expect it to bring visitors as well as links.
