The McAfee Total Protection for Small Business service is a combination of software installed on a local computer system that periodically connects to McAfee’s Network Operations Center (NOC) in Santa Clara, CA. The McAfee NOC also hosts the McAfee SecurityCenter, an easy-to-use management console. The RCS Managed Service provides one-click access to the McAfee SecurityCenter including Single-Sign-On (SSO) capability.
The McAfee Total Protection for Small Business provides integrated anti-virus and antispyware protection as well as a centralized desktop firewall. The service alerts RCS technicians to any virus or firewall alerts. Our technicians quickly respond to any threat alerts.
